These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Moore Digital Leads, a division of Moore Solutions LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us”), to the client (“Client,” “You”). By using our services, tracking numbers, or website, You agree to these Terms.


1. Service Overview

Moore Digital Leads provides inbound lead generation services through call tracking, Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital marketing processes. Leads are delivered through a dedicated tracking number that forwards calls directly to the Client.

The Company does not guarantee lead volume, revenue, booked jobs, or specific business outcomes.


2. Lead Definition

A lead is defined as any inbound call to the assigned tracking phone number with a total call duration of fifteen (15) seconds or longer, including ringing time, live conversations, and voicemails.

Calls under 15 seconds are not billable.

Calls that go to voicemail are billable if total duration is 15 seconds or longer.

Any qualifying call counts as a lead regardless of caller origin, including repeat customers or referrals.


3. Duplicate Calls

Calls from the same phone number within a 24-hour period count as one lead. Only the first qualifying call is billable.


4. Billing & Payment Terms

4.1 Pay-Per-Lead Billing

The Client agrees to pay the Company for each qualified lead.

4.2 Payment Method

The Client authorizes the Company to bill the stored payment method for all fees.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Invoices are generated monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 Payment Due Date

Payment is due immediately upon invoicing. The Company may automatically charge the payment method on file.

4.5 Non-Payment

If payment fails or becomes overdue:

Services may be paused or terminated

Tracking numbers may be disabled or reassigned

All outstanding balances remain owed

All qualified leads delivered before suspension remain billable.


5. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for valid leads delivered according to Section 2.

Refunds are not provided for:

Missed or unanswered calls

Voicemails

Inability to reach callers

Failure to convert leads

Repeat customers or referrals

Seasonal or market fluctuations

All qualified lead charges are final.


6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Answer incoming calls promptly

Maintain accurate business information

Provide updated contact details

Cooperate with call tracking setup

Comply with all applicable laws

Review invoices and call logs promptly

The Company is not responsible for the Client’s ability to convert leads.


7. Call Tracking & Recording

The Client acknowledges:

Calls may be logged, time-stamped, and recorded

Call data may be used for billing and service improvement

The Client is responsible for complying with applicable call-recording laws


8. Ownership of Tracking Numbers

All tracking numbers remain exclusive property of Moore Digital Leads / Moore Solutions LLC.

Tracking numbers:

May be updated at any time

May be disabled upon cancellation or non-payment

Cannot be transferred or ported unless expressly agreed in writing


9. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee:

A specific number of leads

Revenue outcomes

Marketing performance results

Consistent call volume

Lead volume varies based on market conditions and factors outside the Company’s control.


10. Term, Cancellation & Termination

10.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect as long as the Client uses the tracking number or receives leads.

10.2 Cancellation

The Client may cancel at any time via written notice. All qualified leads delivered before cancellation remain billable.

10.3 Termination for Cause

The Company may terminate service immediately for:

Non-payment

Abusive behavior

Fraudulent activity

Misuse of tracking numbers

Violation of these Terms

Tracking numbers may be permanently disabled or reassigned upon termination.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

Missed calls or unreturned calls

Lost revenue or business losses

Service interruptions or technical issues

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Client is solely responsible for converting leads.


12. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Digital Leads / Moore Solutions LLC from claims arising from:

Client business operations

Interactions with callers

Violations of call-recording or consent laws

Use of tracking numbers


13. Data & Privacy

The Company collects and stores call-related information exclusively for delivering services, billing, and operational functions. Information is used only as required to support the Client’s account.

Mobile Information Policy:
Mobile numbers and SMS enrollment information are used only for purposes directly related to service delivery. This information is not provided to outside organizations for marketing or promotional use. Limited access to certain information may be granted to contracted service providers strictly for operational support, such as messaging infrastructure or customer service systems.

SMS opt-in data and messaging consent records are restricted and used solely to operate the messaging program.

The Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate data-handling practices under applicable law.


14. Access to Client Digital Assets

With Client authorization, the Company may access digital assets required for marketing optimization, including:

Google Business Profile

Facebook or Meta Business Suite

Instagram Professional Accounts

Client websites or hosting dashboards

14.1 Scope of Access

The Company may:

Update business information

Upload content

Adjust categories, service areas, or descriptions

Optimize profiles for visibility

Implement tracking tools or forwarding systems

14.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

Provide accurate information

Maintain account ownership

Ensure appropriate permissions are granted

Notify the Company of access or credential changes

14.3 Limitations

The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing platform violations

Inaccurate client-provided information

Platform policy changes

Unauthorized access resulting from Client credential sharing

14.4 Access Removal

Upon cancellation:

The Company will remove its access

The Client must revoke any remaining permissions


15. Modifications to Terms

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
